T-Mobile River provides support for… unsupported iPhones!

When your unsupported devices goes wonky on a giant radio troupe’s net, your first thinking is probably going to involve buying a new phone. Fortunately, that occupation of thinking doesn’t apply to iPhones on T-Mobile (NYSE: DT)’s net.

A recent net update caused some issues for T-Mobile customers using unlocked iPhones. The network update apparently changed the means voicemails were sent out to customers, resulting in blank text messages organism delivered to confused customers with date-stamps from the future. The trouble wasn’t exactly critical or widespread, but enough to causal agent concern among unlocked iPhone users.

Now, this is where we have our trust in corporations restored. T-Mobile, upon hearing of this trouble with unsupported iPhones, actually promised to give these unlocked iPhones some support. T-Mobile River responded to client complaints with a hope to rich person the problem fixed within 6 months. Lo and behold, T-Mobile resolved the issue within a matter of years, posting an unofficial proclamation that the trouble had been solved.

If JD Power’s client atonement surveys weren’t enough, consider this latest fib a testament to T-Mobile River’s incredible customer overhaul caliber – even for devices that the company doesn’t even sell or support!
