Microsoft (NSDQ: MSFT) has made its My Phone web portal available to the full general populace (previously it was available as a limited invitation-only overhaul). Still in beta, the service allows users to access, manage and backup personal selective information from their Windows Mobile River smartphone are personal digital assistant.
