Sorta Confirmed: webOS 1.1.0 for Palm Pre Coming Soon

For the Palm (NSDQ: PALM) Pre users out there patiently awaiting webOS 1.1.0, I’ve got a little bit of goodness news this morning. Evgeny over at the Palm webOS Blog took the chance to fiddle around with a Palm Pre while at a pressure briefing with Palm and O2 (NYSE: TEF). He popped surface the Device Info menu to see if anything was new… and to his surprise, webOS 1.1.0 was on-board. This is goodness newsworthiness, only more verification that 1.1.0 will hit us sometime within the next few weeks. webOS 1.1.0 volition bring the pursuit updates and features:
IT-initiated remote rub Required personal identification number with complexity Device wipe after a certain number of failed personal identification number attempts Auto-ignition lock Improved digital certificates
