Mobile phones more dangerous than smoking?

File this under “suspicious,” but when an award winning brain surgeon is saying this, citizenry do listen. According to cancer expert Dr. Vini Khurana, who did a survey on the harmful personal effects of mobile phone use, mobile phones could become the number one killer of citizenry, coming in ahead of smoking and asbestos.

Apparently, if a individual has been using a mobile phone for more than 10 days their chances of acquiring brain cancer are doubled. He went on to add: “The relative incidence of malignant encephalon tumors and associated decease pace will be observed to rise globally within a decade from now, by which meter it may be far too late to intervene medically.”

Sounds scary and I’m not sure what to think about it. Any thoughts?
