O2 partners with Telmap to bring Nav App to Customers

O2 has announced an correspondence with Telmap which will see its personal navigation and mapping service made available to O2 (New York Stock Exchange: TEF) customers on the bulk of GPS-enabled handsets sold by O2. O2 has worked closely with Telmap to optimize the application for use on the O2 network and volition be providing first level customer support and billing support.
Telmap’s Navigator offers a rich chromosome mapping and Global Positioning System navigation experience with features including in-cable car 3D maps with textual matter-to-speech engineering, traffic alerts with alternative road options and turn by twist directions piece walk.
