Golden State Isle of Man Could Face Up to 9 Years in Prison in Texting While Driving Manslaughter Case

A California man has been ordered to bandstand test for gross vehicular manslaughter. Why? Turns out the guy cable was allegedly driving and texting when he struck and killed a pedestrian. Dean Martin Kuehl killed nanny-goat Martha Ovalle as she was devising her way through a crossing in Orange River County in late Aug. If convicted, Kuehl could face up to 9 years in prison.

All I’ve got to say is there’s no need for this nonsense. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again… While driving turn your earphone on silent, and rapier it away where you can’t get to it. Throw it in the backrest seat, put it in the baseball glove loge, whatever. Driving and texting/career/emailing don’t intermixture. People are needlessly losing there lives. If we can all switch how we go about our drive habits things will change… And if we don’t, governments around the worldly concern are slowly creating laws to make sure we do!
