LG won’t attend the MWC 2010, too?

It seems Nokia (New York Stock Exchange: NOK) won’t be the only major handset maker without a cubicle on the upcoming Mobile World United States Congress in Barcelona. We’re hearing LG whitethorn also opt-out due to the high gear cost of a marquee at the fair. According to AllAboutPhones, the Korean troupe will be in Barcelona, showing its products in a separate marquee. Just like Nokia, again?

That made me thing – if this two profitable handset makers (Nokia’s French telephone division IS profitable) won’t be at the MWC to save some immediate payment, I’m guess Palm (NSDQ: PALM) and Sony Ericsson (NYSE: SNE), which still lose money, should do the same. What do you think?
