The Federal Communications Commission has gone ahead and posted the guts of Apple (NSDQ: AAPL)’s iPad and the bird of Jove-eyed wonders at iFixit are doing their best to breakout it down.
While there won’t be a thorough dislocation of the iPad’s components until the tablet is in the streets, there are a few interesting tidbits we tin discern from the posted pics. The iFixit folks say the iPad uses the same battery as the iPhone 3G and 3GS and the wireless local area network and Bluetooth are integrated into a single chip gameboard. The Federal Communications Commission has covered up a few of the components, so looking for a complete tear-down to hit the Interwebs in the next few days.
