German Court Dismisses Latest Motorola Suit Against Apple

“A German court Friday dismissed a suit brought by Motorola Mobility Holdings Inc. (MMI) against Apple Inc. (AAPL) over a mobile communications engineering patent, a spokesman for the court said.”
