Samsung recalls 160,000 Jitterbug phones

There’s a trouble in the software system of the Samsung Jitterbug phones (version BB14) — model numbers SPH-a110 and SPH-a120 — that made the Korean troupe recollection about 160,000 units. The trouble occurs when Jitterbug is in a no-service expanse and display shows “out of range, attempt again later” content, it fails to connect to emergency 911 overhaul.

Sprint Files Suit to Block Proposed AT&T and T-Mobile Transaction

Sprint Nextel [NYSE:S] on Tueseday brought suit against AT&T, Inc., AT&T Mobility, Deutsche Telekom and T-Mobile quest to block the proposed acquisition as a violation of Section 7 of the Clayton Act. The lawsuit was filed in federal court in the District of Columbia as a related case to the Department of Justice’s (DOJ) suit against the proposed acquisition.
