Sprint wants to make sure that everyone distillery knows that their push-to-talking service, Nextel Direct Connect, is still available. It wasn’t too long ago when the big pushing for all the wireless carriers was some sort of walkie-talking picture like experience, but as of late that has seemed to fade away a turn. Thankfully for Sprint though, we’ve got phones like the Motorola i890 still hitting the shelves, promoting the instant communicating service.

Vodafone UK gets in to Femtocells with launch of ‘SureSignal’

Vodafone (NYSE: VOD) UK has relased some PR to talk about it’s new(ly branded) SureSignal product, which is a Femtocell that plugs in to your broadband connexion, and backhauls your mobile connexion over the InterWeb. Why would you wishing to do that? Well maybe you have a poor signal in your theatre for example – that would be a perfect reason!
