Meglena Kuneva, EU Commissioner for Consumer Affairs, is a bit pissed off that she has had to receive complaints from United Kingdom, French Republic and Federal Republic of Germany about iPhones pain people thanks to batteries that over heat, raspberry and even explode. The EU will conduct their own tests of the iPhone computer hardware, and if they find a problem, they’re going to pulling the corduroy and yank each and every iPhone 3G off the marketplace. Apple (NSDQ: AAPL) already has a terrible report in the EU thanks to iTunes. Will the EU ever pull the iPhone off store shelves? Nick Eileen Farrell from The Inquirer is probably legal injury about this one, but he sure knows how to write an eye contracting headline.
